Day of Signage

Let us help tie it all together! We offer custom welcome signs, programs, reception signage, seating charts, escort cards, and more. Every wedding is unique, and we’ve got you covered for all your day-of signage and printed needs. For your convenience, all of our large day-of signage is professionally printed and mounted on foam board, which can be easily disposed of after the festivities—no need to return anything.

When do we need to get started?

Timelines depend entirely on your wedding date. As a general rule, we require final approval for all pre-wedding stationery suites at least 3 to 6 weeks before you plan to send them out. This ensures there’s enough time to avoid any rush printing or shipping fees.

For day-of signage, design approvals for printed items are required 4 to 6 weeks prior to your wedding date. This timeline may vary depending on whether you’re local and picking up your items, if we are delivering them locally, or if they need to be shipped to your location.

At Finn & Fiddle, we’re accustomed to working with all sorts of deadlines, including rushed jobs. However, please note that services on shorter timelines may be limited or incur an additional fee.
